Refund Policy

Effective date: March 21, 2026

See also: Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Agnitio purchases are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record and authorized reseller for qualifying transactions. Refund requests for Paddle-handled purchases must be made through Paddle and are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.

1. General Rule

Unless applicable law gives you a refund or withdrawal right, transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

2. Statutory Refund / Withdrawal Windows

If local law grants an unconditional refund or withdrawal right, the following time periods apply for Paddle-handled purchases:

  • 14 days from the transaction date for consumers in the EU, EEA, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Turkey, and Israel.
  • 7 days from the transaction date for consumers in South Korea, Brazil, China, and Canada.
  • 5 days from the transaction date for consumers in Singapore.

3. Subscriptions

Subscription cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically create a refund right for past charges. Where local law grants a withdrawal right for the initial subscription transaction, the statutory window above applies.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for a Paddle-handled purchase, use the receipt or subscription-management links sent by Paddle or visit Paddle support directly.

5. Product Defects

If you believe there is a technical defect or a material problem with the product or service, contact us at contact@agnit.io so we can attempt to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved and Paddle’s policy or applicable law permits a refund, the refund request should still be submitted through Paddle.
